ALIDYA™ is an injectable device specifically indicated for the prevention and treatment of gynoid lipodystrophy (cellulite). Reduces appearance of cellulite and dimpled skin, improving overall look, and helps prevent cellulite from forming after treatment.
What is ALIDYA™?
ALIDYA™ is a dense solution indicated for the correction of profilometric surface alterations associated with gynoid lipodystrophy. In the field of aesthetic medicine, ALIDYA™ is often used to improve body imperfections. What is the expected recovery time for my patients?
ALIDYA™ treatment usually involves minimal recovery time. Adverse reactions that occur after treatment are self-limiting and will disappear in several hours.
What are some important safety tips to follow when using this product?
- Due to prudential reasons, it is not advisable to use ALIDYA™ in individuals who have a history of serious allergy reactions (or anaphylaxis). Similarly, ALIDYA™ should not be used in patients with severe systemic (or organic) conditions such as autoimmune diseases.
- Do not use this product in patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant. ALIDYA™ is contraindicated to be used in these patients.
- For the twelve hours following treatment, patients should not use cosmetics on the treatment site. They should avoid exposing the treatment area to the sun, UV rays or other sources of direct heat.
What are the most common side effects?
- Small superficial hematomas
- Light to moderate redness at the injection site
